"Chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the airport due to flying out early the next morning. The flooring in our room was peeling up in various places, the floor was sticky, the air conditioner barely worked, and the beds were not comfortable. It seemed as though the room had flooded at some point in time and they didn’t replace the flooring. This room was unacceptable. "

"Awful had roaches spiders towels were filthy. You can tell that they had been washed too many times the area around the property abandoned just all around. Poor service was poor. I was switched to three different rooms. Disgusting until I finally just asked him to give me my money back"

"Room door got stuck often. Parking needs to be reviewed. We are in Texas, trucks are common. Even normal size trucks don’t fit in garage, both nights after dinner it took almost 30min to find parking in the lot because so many trucks don’t fit in garage. $18/day to “hopefully” find a spot is not ok. No lights on balconies is a safety hazard. It was pitch dark out there in the evening, could not enjoy at all. "
