We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

"Die Zimmer sind alt und abgerockt. Die Bilder entsprechen in keinster Weise, dem aktuellem Zustand. Das Personal ist nicht verfügbar, keine Ahnung wo die sich aufgehalten haben. Die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer sehr laut und wirkungslos. Dieses Hotel Bedarf einer dringenden Renovierung. Von der Hotelkette Sonesta sind wir wesentlich besseres gewohnt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt in keinem Fall. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen."

"the outside door to the hall was NEVER locked. There were ZERO, no, 0 plugs in the room; the room needs to be updated. There were 3 of us and we had to unplug the coffee pot to plug in a phone charger and only 1 of us could charge something at a time. The mattress was EXCELLENT and the room was clean, the shower was good."

"We had problems with our room key working and had to replace it 3 times which was frustrating. The property was on the older side and in need of some TLC but for our purposes, it was just fine. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to check it out on this trip."
