"Clean room, window above dirt let light in off & on as people returned, kept waking us up, halls were very noisy with people in the late evening, and drilling and construction during the evening. The fan was not enough with no outside windows to get cooler air, so it was extremely hot to sleep. Staff were lovely, restaurant was very good, they got us a taxi to airport at a good price. Location good in downtown. Good price. Comfortable bed. "

"Good hotel with a good service at the heart of the city strategically located with private parking. The pool is very small but it wasn’t busy either. Buffet breakfast was nice overall you get what you are paying. I won’t hesitate to go back to stay while in Chiclayo. "

"Not a bad place, but for the price, It could be better - comparing after a full month in Peru. 1st when I got to my room - hot water didn't work in the shower. I went to the staff and she insisted that that's how showers work and that was fine. I said... no. In no other place in Peru in any hostel, hostal or hotels, showers were so bad. She offered my to change my room the next day and... showers were fine. I don't understand why insist with the customer on something like that. Besides that,...

"1. Cuando llegue la Tv estaba en mal estado. Pedi que me cambiaran de habitacion para poder ver tv y descansar y me dijeron que un tecnico ya subia a solucionarlo ya que no habian mas habitaciones, que era algo de programacion. Subieron 3 personas y era la tv que ya por vieja estaba en mal estado. Cuando solicite un descuento en la estadia, milagrosamente ya habia espacio en otra habitacion. 2. "Staff were very friendly. However I don’t understand why the room had a window onto the corridor which shone light into my room the whole night. Why not just put up curtains? (The window also didn’t shut completely so it was harder to block out the noise). Ear plugs and eye mask are a must if you want to be able to sleep here."
