Lorsque je suis arrivé à 23h10, je n’ai pas eu la possibilité de rentrer et de prendre possession de ma chambre (personne l’accueil et aucune information concernant un potentiel code me permettant de rentrer par moi même). J’ai été dans l’obligation de faire une autre réservation pour le même soir et de me rendre ailleurs pour dormir. "
