"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. The room did not appear to be cleaned properly upon arrival. The tile floor was dirty, and I found multiple small insects in the bathroom, around the room, and even on the bed. There were also spider webs between the floor and the TV stand, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. "Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. "We had a great stay at Honua Kai. Our 3-bedroom villa was spacious, well laid out, and worked really well for our group of eight (4 adults and 4 kids). It had everything we needed and never felt crowded. Since it's a tropical destination, seeing the occasional bug wasn't surprising. When we mentioned it to the hotel, they responded quickly and sent the cleaning team back the next day for another thorough sweep, which we appreciated.
