"Excellent stay, very easy to get to from the airport on the free shuttle provided by the hotel or the free airport shuttle, not greatly signposted from the road, however only a couple of minute walk from the bus stop. Staff we very friendly and accommodating, we got an earlier check in than expected. Room was clean modern and well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. "Good comfortable hotel and very convenient for an overnight before or after a flight. Five minutes drive to the Malpensa airport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We had dinner as well which also was excellent. Both, the food and the service were excellent. The hotel has a bar too. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking on site and free which eas a bonus for us considering having to pay between 15 and 25 Euros per day for overnight parking almost everywhere we went Suited us perfectly...

"I booked this hotel for my friends, check in was really complicated, nobody was there to help with room key from last century ,they had to wait for help . And it says shuttle bus available but when I ask about shuttle to airport they told me it depends on availability ."

"Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient. "Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. We loved it."
