Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. "Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! "

"Et sjarmerende lite B&B. Har nok vært utrolig vakkert i sine glansdager, men områdene rundt bærer preg av lite vedlikehold. Leiligheten var helt grei for en overnatting. Gulvet på badet var ikke rent. Når vi tørket opp etter oss ble håndkleet møkkete. Men overnattingen var helt grei alt i alt. Når vi skulle sjekke ut var det ikke et menneske å se, resepsjonen var stengt. Endte med å sette nøklene i døra og dra da alt var betalt ved bestilling."

Un peu au-dessus des cuisines du café, aussi. Bref, un peu déçu, d'autant que les horaires sont contraignants (pour le check-in, la dégustation, le café, le jardin...), ce qui rend le séjour moins relax - et le restaurant, certes pas mauvais, se la joue un peu."

La posizione dell’hotel é ottima, ad una decina di minuti da Siena centro. 4 stelle e non 5 perché ci sono alcune accortezze che lo renderebbero perfetto: La sala colazione è buia, fredda, andrebbe ristrutturata. La quantità e la scelta di cibo sono mediocri, nulla di eccezionale per essere un 4 stelle.
