The apartment we booked smelled stinky. Fortunately, we were able to switch to bungalows. It was also dirty, never cleaned during our stay. We only got bottled water on the first day, there was no kettle in the room and we never got it even though we asked for it. The bed had sheets but no sleeping sheets. We did get it the next day by asking again. Refrigerator absolutely terribly dirty with Geko feces everywhere. The staff were very friendly but somehow indifferent to doing their job well.

Hyvä rauhallinen sijainti Tengahin rannalla. Pientä kunnostusta vaativa hotelli/huoneet, mutta hyvä uima-allas, sängyt, ilmastointi ok. Vaatimaton aamiainen, mutta meille riittävä. Sesongin ulkopuolella majoittuneena, erittäin rauhallista. Eli meille täydellistä! Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta! Vieressä hauska baari. Ranta, ravintolat ja muut marketit kävelymatkojen päässä.

I like Green Village. My family and I have stayed lots of times and get welcomed back as if we are old family friends. The place is not posh, but it is cheap and cheerful.

The hotel needs renovation, right now!!! The people who are working there, are trying but is not enought! The room was big but very very old. Especially the bathroom and the kitchen.... terrible!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The whole hotel was terrible. No wifi No Towel Toilet door broken no daily housekeeping Swiming pool is full of dry leaves door lock is broken after request olny they change toilet cannot flush. need to repair evertime Water heater shower head can not lock, so hold the hose for bath circumstances surrounding the hotel and facelites is not maintained. should be a negative rating. not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Musique jusque 3h du mat. Couloir aérien. Veille chambre pourrie. Linge de lit et serviette usés et sales. Ménage jamais fait. Moustiques et mille pattes. A part le jardinier et la cuisinière personnel désinvolte pas serviable du tout. Piscine pas nettoyée.

Arrived late, reception closed.. thank god, a nice uncle (a security guard I believe) led us to the room.. very unpleasant room.. checked out the next day.. cant get the refund, book the cheapeast one for 3 nights.. 2 nites drained... Avoide this hotel

Disappointing Experience

The room allotted to our family of 4 when we reached Langkawi was a tiny room with a double bed & a bunk bed. This was not the one which was shown on the website and booked by us.When we refused it we were allotted another room which was bigger in size but extremely bad in everything else. The AC hardly had any cooling effect, the mattresses were sagging and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on,water pressure in the shower was terribly low, the washbasin and bathroom would get clogged & even the flooring was cracked in many places. Wifi connectivity was poor in the room. The website shows its location as close to the beach. Actually the nearest public beach is more than a 30 minute walk away. On the positive side the staff were cordial and helpful in arranging sightseeing for us on 2 days and the buffet breakfast was also quite decent. However would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place ... awful breakfast

Lovely place, real island feel, pool cloudy but still ok to go in, breakfast terrible ... unless you like cold chicken nuggets, cold french fries, cold noodles and cold scrambled eggs ... then you'll be ok. I loved the place and the feel, it was just a shame about the breakfast

STOLEN MONEY / VERY UNSAFE PLACE / SAVE YOURSELF

DURING OUR STAY THE HOTEL STAFF STOLE A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM OUR LUGGAGE WHILE WE WERE NOT IN THE ROOM. AFTER THIS THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOT HELP AT ALL AND BLAMED US FOR LEAVING VALUABLE THINGS IN THE ROOM. THERE ARE NO SECURITY CAMERAS. POLICE DID NOT HELP. PICTURES LOOK 1000 TIMES BETTER THAN REALITY. THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE THERE ARE LIZARDS AND BUGS IN THE ROOMS THE BED SHEETS ARE DIRTY NO WIFI AND NO TV CABLE THE POOL IS VERY DIRTY AND CAN NOT BE USED WE BOOKED THIS ONLINE AND WE WERE THE ONLY TOURISTS. THE PLACE LOOKS ABANDONED

很糟糕的体验

离开酒店时发生的一件事情，让体验变得非常糟糕。我在大包里放了两千人民币现金，一直放在酒店里。离开时在机场时居然发现钱没有了！这个唯一的可能性是包在酒店里时被人拿走了。在电话里跟酒店老板说这事时，老板居然说那两天没人清扫，没服务员进去过。但实际上肯定是有服务员进去过的，因为免费的瓶装水有补充，只是没搞卫生。

Closer to Beach & Unprofessional Staff

The hotel staff was unprofessional and the attitude was not too friendly. The manager was smoking while talking to us and then at 12.30am the water stopped, I appreciate the fact that it was out of their control but the staff was not too helpful.

従業員がフレンドリーの人もいて楽しく過ごせました。水道が漏れていて不快な気持ちになりました。バーではビリヤードが有料で、ダーツとサッカーのゲームだけしました。
