The hotel was clean spacious close to airport and the breakfast buffet was very large with many options We found the customer service was lacking. The restaurant around pool and in lobby was nothing more than reheated frozen food. We also had issues with getting constant warm/hot water for showering in our room Definitely is not the luxury hotel it is made out to be with reviews and star ratings

The resort is situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you're lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal at one of the on-site restaurants, you're treated to a feast for the eyes. Speaking of feasts, the breakfast spread at Wings by Croske Resort is truly a delight. With a wide variety of options to choose from, including both local delicacies and international favorites, there's something to suit every palate. The quality of the food is top-notch, and the attentive staff ensure that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. Cleanliness is another aspect where Wings by Croske Resort excels. The Reception staff were so kind and helpful, especially with helping us arrange the shuttle to the airport when leaving. The 2 female cleaners were also really nice and friendly! - We were able to check in early free of charge and after we had checked out, Reception looked after our bags and even let us use the hostel showers (which were nice and clean!) to freshen up before our late evening flight. - The room was stylish and very clean, and the walls very good at insulating sound, couldn't hear our neighbours at all. - Loved that they are taking environmentally friendly steps, you get mineral water to your room each day. - Good location - about 15 minute drive to Old Town, 2 minute walk to airport. Make sure to come on a Thuresday to experience the Night Market in Old Town, its really good! - There is a popular cafe / restaurant serving nice food in the lobby which is also a good place to work (lots of plug sockets). - Whole building was really nicely decorated (industrial style) and very clean. One of the nicest hostels we've been in in Asia! Feel more like you're in a hotel. - Huge and beautiful swimming pool with the great views. GYM and KIDS CLUB. We had been told CIGAR CLUB is coming soon. New Carpet is looking great. We Enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel great location and great staff. Excellent pool and bar a very big plus, especially on New Year's Eve, while we enjoyed fireworks without having to leave the hotel. Also the happy hours drinks provided a great opportunity to meet some of other guests and share stories of our experiences in Langkawi boat trips. lounge live music is the extra mile why we will come again.
