4/10 Poor

"Hotel staff was quite helpful and rooms are clean. I have selected rooms for 3 and 4 person but actual number of beds are 2 only, thankfully staff provided me extra room for stay. Hot water provision is not good in all rooms. Unconnected dogs all around cottages that makes frustration specially night time to go outside. Breakfast and it's service was disaster . Uncooked egs provided even late. Hot meal wasn't orovided until we asked and brought very late after finishing breakfast. Breakfast itself was very poor."

"Quiet area and friendly staff. The gym is large, and that's why I booked this hotel in the area. The bathroom was not cleaned when I checked in. I was a little uncomfortable with one of the staff asking me if I would take a picture with him while riding the elevator. Although people are friendly, they are service-oriented (but it could be the language barrier). Also, I couldn't use the gym on the last day before checking out because I was told it was men's training day, which to me seemed like some BS. "
