First, let me start off by saying, management needs a wake up call. Good morning, how are you? Second, we should have read the reviews. We came to stay for one night to go snow tubing for my daughters 7th birthday. Check in was great, the guy at the counter was nice. However, thats where the list of good kind of comes to an end. I went to grab a luggage cart and was met with "that cart isnt going to do anyone any good since the elevator is non functioning. Then found out we were on the third floor. We also had a friend who booked, her room door lock did not funtion and management knew. Their options were to leave the door propped open, or go to the desk where the agent would come up with the door lock programmer to open it. Neither of our rooms should have been put out to rent. I understand you're remodeling, but the rooms only have the bathrooms done so far. And not well at that.. my faucet to my bathroom sink was not even attatched to the counter. There was candle wax on the wall, and carpet. The wall by the trash can was appling. the beds were GROSS. URINE, BLOOD, SWEAT, ECT. at 11pm the kids refused to get in the bed because they said it was gross. We went to the desk to get a new set of sheets, mattress cover and pillows. The new cover did not fit the bed. On top of that, the tv in the living area was literally flopping around like am unsupported newborn babies head. We called and asked to have it looked at. They ended up propping it up with a pool towel. Avoid this one.
