I had tried to contact this property on several occasions via the messaging on the ap as well as calling. We were driving in town for a funeral and wanted if we could get into our room early. No response at all. When I asked about this at checking the guy checking us in didn’t know about the ap messages. We was able to get us in but had to change our room type.

The pool is very small and ice cold! Kids were disappointed.

Check in line was long, pool was tiny, no hot tub, lobby tv didn’t work, was woken up by a leaf blower being used to blow snow at 7 am on Saturday morning. Wasn’t a great experience

I would stay anywhere else, watch your charges
Pros: Friendly desk staff, good location Cons: Overcharged by $135.60 for our 2 night stay, dirty bedding, dusty room that smelled of mold/mildew, once the free breakfast was gone they did not restock (we saw 6 other families come to look for breakfast that was gone before the breakfast window closed).

Great place to stay. Would stay again.
Everything was clean, in good condition, and nicely updated. Only downside was our breakfast, which would have been great, but at 8:am, ran out of food. Waited 20 minutes for more food to be brought out. Refilling service for this was too slow for a Saturday morning.

Room was too warm
Everything was great except the temperature of the room. We set the air conditioner to 63 degrees and the thermostat never showed below 73 degrees. We were warm all night and, as a result, none of us slept well.

Great hotel
We have really had problems with service and cleanliness at hotels we have stayed at this year. It was nice to walk into a hotel with higher standards of service and cleanliness. We stay here every year and have always had great stay.

Pleased with the overall stay with 1 exception. The bed in our room, 416, felt very soft and caved into the middle, like it was an old mattress.

I really liked and enjoyed my stay at the property. The only thing I wanted to point out that I did not like that much was that breakfast went on until 10 a.m. and at 9:59 they were already picking up everything so if you were halfway through your breakfast and needed to get something else or wanted an extra cup of coffee or wanted a spoon everything was gone by 10:01.

The hotel staff was very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good. Located very close to shopping and dining. I really wish the the bathroom in the guest rooms had an exhaust fan. The moisture and steam from showers lingered a very long time, making it harder to get ready in the morning.

Ok, but not worth the price
For a Fairfield, this is not what I expected. The hotel overall is dated and could use a lot of updates. Cleaning could have been a little better. Particularly the bathroom in the room. Breakfast was, eh. I would rate it a 2 out of 5. Pool is small and so is the fitness room. For the price I paid, I would not stay here again. It’s definitely not worth the price. Again, for a Fairfield, it is definitely lacking. They would definitely have to do some updating and more cleaning for me to return at that price.
