"My daughter and I stayed one night after the BTS concert so we didn’t have to make the over hour drive back home afterwards. We parked in parking garage across the street, it was very convenient having the pedestrian walkway above. Although in my opinion if you’re staying in the hotel you shouldn’t be charged an extra $40 to park there considering I paid over $500 for one night. Just my opinion. The room very clean and spacious with plenty of storage for clothes. The room an an ironing board with iron tucked away nicely in a closet. There was coffee and and a bottle of water but we didn’t use either. The beds were comfy, pillows a little hard for my liking but others may prefer that. The sheets were clean as well as everything else in the room, including the air vents which many hotels overlook. The hotel in general is very nice and clean and would highly suggest it as an option if you’re coming to Chicago. We didn’t get to use the amenities because again, we only there one night. Would definitely stay again."
