"Honestly 5/5 experience and room. Very welcome front desk staff and the rooms were fantastic. Downtown Philly is awful for getting affordable parking, but at least they have a deal with a parking garage 4 blocks downs to get half off parking. "

While there is no concierge, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I received quick responses to any questions. Kevin called and told me there was an issue with the AC/heat in my room and offered to change my room for me. I declined only because I was coming from upstate NY where it’s cold and coming back to Philadelphia was a treat because the weather was so much warmer than upstate NY.
