They said this was because I checked out so late, but I was informed midday at work and hadn’t been at the hotel since that morning so I had to double up on payments for a hotel one night"

"The entire motel was under renovations and construction. The staff had failed to mention that and told me that there wasn’t going to be a room available for another half an hour when I asked if there was a room that was available they said yes however I should be prepared for the carpenters to install a table in my room. I asked how much longer this would take because I had just finished hiking and wanted to get some sleep. They said the until the end of the day. At which point I had given up for there was no other room available for me at all. The lady apologized and said that I would be refunded however when we spoke to Expedia, she denied all claims and held me accountable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs."
