"Huone siisti, mutta kulunut; esim. vaatekaappi ei meinannut pysyä pystyssä. Kerrossänky kitisi voimakkaasti. Yhteiskäytössä oleva keittiö positiivinen yllätys. Perussaunat, hyvä pieni uima-allas, avantouintimahdollisuus. Biljardipöytä. Oikein hyvä aamiainen.
