"Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Very well located and safe, would come back for sure. The only thing I could complain about was the jacuzzis condition (deep stains and bubbles not working), which made us hesitant to use them. And the breakfast is not included. Other than that, it was perfect."

First room they put me in had some problems - They offered to move me immediately and were caring to ensure I was comfortable . Simply they need to communicate clearer amongst eachother and make sure their hotel is up to par for guests … Yes … I would Return …. And wonderful Breakfast !!"

"Una puerta estaba dañada, mi esposa termino cortándose porque la puerta de vidrio temprano se explotó y terminaron culpandonos y cobrandonos la puerta!! Me parece muy mal hecho de parte de la gerencia del hotel, creo que en otro viaje probaré nuevas opciones!!"

"Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!"
