Idk if it’s because I reserve my room via Expedia or what but they gave me the exact same crappy room with holes in the drapes, smelly, leaky roof in shower and right across the pool with loud people drinking all night that I had two weeks prior and all the other rooms were vacant. The 2 clerks up front are not nice at all. The only reason I came back is cuz it’s close to where I gotta be. They need new desk clerks for sure.

Rooms are not bad. The property is ok. The customer service sucks. The manager or whoever the front person is, is a jerk. They call your room to wake you up before 11am to get you out asap. They won’t allow early check-in even by one hour and lie saying no rooms are available yet until 3pm which is bull you know what. Been there half a dozen times and they treat you worse every time. The desk clerk acts like he’s doing you a favor with an attitude.

I’m not sure how this motel gets the good rating it does. It’s an old motel that has had so upgrades. But the old smell is still there. Lots of rough spots around the room. New furniture and paint can’t change old bones. I’m not suggesting people don’t stay here, I’m saying don’t expect clean, new feel. Personally I would not stay here again.
