Cheap and not the cleanest.

Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. The pool was a decent size and it’s only a 10-15 walk to the beginning of the strip and a 24 hour shop across the road which was handy.

Het appartement is erg verouderd en zeker aan renovatie toe, maar wij hebben er geen hinder aan ondervonden. Het appartement is groot. Grote ijskast met vriesvak. Keukenapparatuur was er minimaal aanwezig. Het app. complex ligt op zo'n 10min van het bruisende centrum af. Van juni tm september veel jeugd in het complex. Er zijn voornamelijk Engelse. Aan de overkant ligt een kleine dure supermarkt. Onderaan de straat een iets grotere, die ook iets goedkoper is, maar als je onderaan de straat naar Links loopt en deze straat zo'n 5min afloopt, ligt er recht een grote supermarkt. De man en vrouw die het complex runnen (niet de eigenaar) zijn heel gastvrij en vriendelijk. De tijd van ontbijt was geen probleem, wanneer we wilde ontbijten en het werd vers gemaakt. Heerlijke cappuccino en sap. Als je incl. ontbijt hebt, kun je van de kaart bestellen wat je wilt. Je hoeft maar naar iets te vragen en het werd gedaan. Zwembad is in juli niet echt ter afkoeling. Mooie stranden in de omgeving zeker de mooie waard. Wel met auto, lopend te ver weg.

Köket saknade spis, och det var ganska smutsigt. I kökslådor fanns det matrester från tidigare gäster. Badrummet var gammalt med träskivor på väggarna och golvet så det luktade unket. Resten var ok.

Nice location with spacious, clean rooms. The pool was large and easy to access. Only problem we had was the heat, however air con was available it was just fairly expensive at €7 per unit per day

Апартаменты в Айя-Напе были последними в путешествии по Кипру. По сравнению с другими сразу бросается что wi-fi ловит только на ресепшене, в номере его нет. На внутреннем дворе бассейн и бар. Ночью горячей воды не было, видимо она нагревается от бочек на крыше. Не работали замки на окнах и двери на балкон. В целом, на пару ночей остановиться поспать - нормальный вариант.

Chwilę po przybyciu okazało się, że w hotelu Florea nie ma wolnych pokoi gdyż pojawił się błąd w systemie rezerwacyjnym. Szef obiektu stanął na wysokości zadania i zorganizował pobyt w innym hotelu o przybliżonym standardzie jednak bez kuchni. Ostatecznie po pierwszej nocy zaproponowano nam znakomity apartament, w którym była w pełni wyposażona kuchnia oraz cudowna Właścicielka w wspaniałym charakterze i niezwykłej empatii.Obiekt jest usytuowany w sercu miasteczka czyli blisko sklepów, plaży i....dyskotek również (dla osób celebrujących ciszę nocną zalecam inne rejony).

Выбирали отель просто, чтобы было, где переночевать. В 8 вечера пришли с прогулки, в 8 утра уже уехали. Номер грязноват, однако белье вполне чистое. Была горячая вода вечером. Утром не было. Это был январь. Бытовых вещей там просто почти нет. Было холодно, как в любом доме зимой, но было одно теплое одеяло, нам хватило. Напротив супермаркет что-то срочно купить. Встретили нас приветливо, без проблем

Good value for money overall

Basic but perfectly fine apartment; you get what you pay for. There are restaurants and mini markets closeby; beach, pubs, supermarkets, etc. are within walkable distance.

No frills budget stay local to Napa's hub

The rooms could do with updating but this hotel is more than adequate for singles or young couples on a budget who intend to spend more time enjoying Napa's fine beaches and local bars and restaurants, than expecting a 4/5 star experience. There is a 24/7 mini-market directly opposite which will meet the needs of those in need of late night snacks, smokes etc. Walking distance to the central area of Napa, which has plenty of bars and restaurants that will satisfy the food needs of most. For those that need their staple junk food, there is a Pizza Hut, KFC Maccy D's etc in the same area. Sadly, a lot of the places have closed in the 15+ years since I last visited Napa, but the atmosphere is still pleasant, made so by the accommodating and friendly Cypriot (and other European) service staff. The team at the Florea are happy to let you get on with enjoying your stay without being intrusive (thank you Dio). The pool, although I didn't make use of it, appeared beautifully clear and it's nice that you can sit by it on return from an evening out, and take in the usually clear (Summer/Autumn time) star lit skies. This is not a hotel one books for the balcony views. As said before, it's a hotel setup for self-caterers. I visited during the tail end of the season - early/mid October - and it was appropriately quiet, but still with a few British and Scandinavian residents. I would visit again precisely because it is comfortable enough for the money and I think overall, good value.

Perfekt für Anspruchslose

Gebucht hatten wir ein Hotel Appartment, damit war für uns klar das zumindest wöchentlich die Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt werden und die Möglichkeit besteht zu frühstücken (wird in der Beschreibung auch so angegeben). Um einmal neue Handtücher zu bekommen mussten wir ersteinmal jemanden vom Personal bzw die Besitzer ausfindig machen, und bekamen dann fleckige "frische" Handtücher.Der Ausblick vom Balkon direkt zu den Balkonen des ungepflegten Nachbarhaus hat nix mit dem angepriesenen Poolblick zutun. Den Poolblick hatte man wenn man die Eingangstüre öffnet. Alles in Alllem ist diese Anlage eine Bruchbude. Null Service, kein Frühstück, die Bar nur sporadisch geöffnet wenn Fußball ist. Das Appartment voller Ameisen in Küche und Bad, kein Fön, kein Wasserkocher geschweige denn ein Fernseher. Die Beschreibung der Anlage muss dringend angepasst werden. Als positiv zu erwähnen ist das kostenlose Wifi das meist gut funktionierte

Good value for money

+ great location good room size clean friendly staff parking - additional pay for air con £8 per day internet available only at the reception/ lounge area and not in the rooms Overall I was happy with our stay, hotel is very basic but clean and safe. The location is great, only walking distance to pubs, restauranta and clubs and in the same time is very quite. If you are looking for a cheap, basic hotel then I can recommend it.

Ideal for Lads Holiday

I stayed at Florea with 4 friends on a party holiday to Ayia Napa. The owner and staff are extremely accommodating and helped to make our experience in the hotel very enjoyable. The rooms are pretty basic, with all the amenities you would expect. The pool area is good and the guys play music most of the day, which is pretty cool. Although the bar was advertised as a swim up pool bar, don't expect this as the bar is separate entirely. The location was great for us as it's about a 10 minute walk to the strip, has a convenience store right outside and a decent take away round the corner. The slight negatives would be that the rooms were not cleaned in the entire week we were there (including no bed sheet changes) and that WiFi was basically only accessible around the bar/pool area. Overall, the hotel was ideal for a group on a party holiday and at the price you can't really go wrong. It's also worth noting that most of the slightly more upmarket hotels (Christabelle is round the corner) will let you in there to use their pools and bar should you want to anyway as long as you buy a few drinks.

Fantastic

Excellent apartments, close to the town centre. Exactly what you need. Inexpensive, clean with good facilities. The bar and pool are exceptional. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Dobra oferta, ale zimą - zimno!

Na przełomie stycznia i lutego hotel, podobnie jak i cała Ayia Napa są opustoszałe. Apartament w dobrym stanie, niestety był bardzo zimny. Ogrzewanie klimatyzatorem jest dodatkowo płatne i mało efektywne, biorąc pod uwagę, że apartament jest duży, a w łazience okno się nie domykało (zepsuty zamek). Woda ogrzewana chyba słońcem, tak więc po dniu słonecznym była ciepła, ale po dniu pochmurnym (zimą się zdarza) - zimna. Gdyby nie kwestia zimna, byłoby bardzo dobrze. Niezła lokalizacja, wkoło dobre sklepy i knajpa (zdecydowanie polecam 'Hungry horse').
