"We were visiting the area from Winter Garden and so glad we chose this resort because that’s exactly what it felt like, a resort. Very clean and comfortable and what a GREAT location. We had never been before but this hotel and area made it certain that we will be returning soon and staying here again. The beach out back is so nice and clean, very well kept and beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. The view was incredible! The staff was friendly. The location was good for a low key Miami trip but dont come here if you're looking for a party atmosphere. It felt very safe and there were restaurants and shops within in easy walking distance. The pool was underwhelming. Pool bar and beach staff were severely understaffed but very nice and hard working. Beach was nice with lounger/covers and umbrellas...

"The hotel is nothing like what you see on the pictures. The elevator floors were broken, Cleaning staff ONLY come once every 3 days. The rooms were not perfectly clean. Water clogging at the bath. Small rooms, broken digital clocks. Old TVs connected to cable that did not work. Pictures can be shared upon request. I didn't experience the outdoor pool. When asked for to extend for a day, I was told to book it online via 3rd party - as it was cheaper. The way it was explained seemed like they did...

"The property was incredibly clean. There ’s plenty to do for adults and children, very family friendly. Kenneth was very helpful with room needs. The pool is fabulous, lots of birds and lizards for entertainment. Great outdoor bar with friendly pool staff. The beach is nice with plenty of places to sit. We highly recommend this beach resort and would return ourselves in a second."
