Es mi hotel en Las Palmas

Siempre que voy a las Palmas me hospedo en este hotel. Excelente estado de las instalaciones, tranquilo, moderno y todo funciona a la perfección como por ejemplo el aire acondicionado o el wifi. Lo mejor el trato del personal, son excelentes.

Zentrale Lage

Sehr hellhöriges Hotel. Die Betten rutschen von der Wand weg und werden dann von verschiedenen Leuten wieder mit voller Lautstärke an die Wände geschoben. Vom Nachbarzimmer versteht man jedes Wort.

Servizio di ristorazione orribile

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29/12 al 3/01. Le camere sono di recente ristrutturazione e rispondenti ad un hotel 3 stelle. Il servizio di colazione e cena (abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione) è impressionante: piatti e bicchieri sporchi, ma proprio sporchi: sembravano solo risciacquati, con avanzi di cibo attaccati ai piatti e rossetto sui bicchieri. La qualità dei cibi era scarsissima, così come la loro varietà. Come detto, avevamo optato per la mezza pensione, ma dopo la prima cena e la prima colazione, abbiamo desistito e ci siamo rivolti altrove. Il personale di reception è comunque disponibile. Concludendo, va bene per il solo pernottamento. Per chi intende andarci in estate, si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia

Great Hotel not far from anywhere, easy walk to everywhere. Even left us a fruit and cake basket in the room. Lovely gesture. The shower & the huge bed was fantastic.
