Struttura spaziosa e moderna , la chat con l'operatore è stata proficua perchè abbiamo capito che non venivano effettuate le pulizie dell'appartamento ma comunque sono stati molto disponibili per portarci ad esempio un tostapane in sostituzione di uno che provocava un Corto circuito . Nel complesso buono l'appartamento e la zona intorno solo la sera in qualche vicolo dietro era un pò ....particolare.

Apartamento muy moderno y funcional, localización muy centrica y bien comunicada y staff muy amable y disponible. En general ha sido una experiencia muy agradable.

Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. We had a terrible start of our holiday, if you travel with families be mindful in the area there is brothels and bars open until late with dodgy people starring. I wouldn’t recommend.

La struttura è nuova, interior design moderno. Dotata anche di una lavanderia con asciugatrice. Utile la lavastoviglie (non abbiamo trovato il detergente) ed il check-in automatico Tutto nuovo, ma ci sono piccole cose migliorabili: - mancanza di una pezza/spugna in cucina, olio o sale - acqua scorre fuori dal piatto doccia - mancanza di un cestino e scopino nel bagno - il divano è macchiato, in molti angoli della casa la pulizia è superficiale, bagno incluso. Sembra pulito perché è tutto nuovo, ma purtroppo l’addetto alle pulizie non è certosino

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Ca. 15 Fussminuten von San Telmo (dort hält der Flughafenbus) in einer ruhigeren Straße gelegen. Zur Altstadt gelangt man in ähnlicher Zeit. Checkin kontaktlos mit Anleitung per whatsapp. Das Apartment ist mit allem Notwendigen zum Kochen ausgestattet und Grundsauberkeit vorhanden. Sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner sind da. Wir waren in der obersten, der 6. Etage untergebracht. Hier sind ein paar Punkte, die uns nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt haben, aber dennoch besser sein könnten : - Waschbecken im Bad läuft extrem schlecht ab - Toilettenbürste nicht vorhanden - Deckel vom Hygieneeimer kaputt - Vliestapete im Bad an paar Ecken abgerissen - Badfugen sollten dringend entkalkt werden - keine normalen Tassen (nur Gläser und Espressotassen) vorhanden - blinkendes Gerät (Rauchmelder?) im Flur stört im Schlafzimmer - Jalousien an Glastüren vorm Schlafzimmer wären super Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment empfehlen für alle, die die Stadt erkunden möchten. Für Strandgänger ist es nicht so optimal gelegen, da es auf der Hafenseite ist.

No communication and no apartment for 1 night :(

I booked last minute to attend a funeral. I called from the moment I booked (midday of the same day) up to an hour after check-in (8pm). They never answered their phone, they never returned the messages in the answering machine or messages on email. I never got into the apartment until the next day, leaving me to book another place for the first night. I never received an apology, just an email stating they had problems with their phone service the whole day I had been ringing. All to just get a code to get in I could have gotten in an automated email. It is the worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid at all cost. They turned a sad situation into a nightmare.
