"On hotels page it says food and drink, they have nothing! The address is totally wrong and way different! Whennohoned their number it was someone else’s number but she sent me the actual address and said she has had many phone calls! I ended up leaving shortly after getting there as no food and totally not what says they have on the hotels.com page!! Wasn’t even offered a refund for my second night so didn’t even stay there but paid for 2 nights"

"I am very very disappointed in this hostel. There were no actual door locks. The property is old and not in good repair and worst of all is that my mattress smelled very strongly of cat urine. Really! They tried to cover it up by hanging a toilet bowl sanitizer on the wall of the room. I removed it because the fumes were overwhelming. Also... they rent rooms by the hour! Yikes. It was the worst experience for me in a hotel/hostel, and I am a world wide traveller and often opt for...

"The hot springs pool was absolutely wonderful! And we even had it all to ourselves during our stay. Plus, the temperature was nice and comfortable. There was also a beautiful, peaceful, little pool next to the creek that we enjoyed. The property was really lovely and immense. We took a very long hike up for a good view. They did not have the restaurant open for dinner when we were there. So, the staff offered to drive us to and from a restaurant that had a nice atmosphere and good food. And you...

"Diese Lodge hatte bestimmt schon bessere Zeiten! Die Zimmer waren recht einfach gehalten, genau wie das Frühstück! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Gästen Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen! Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass wir kein Wasser hatten! Auf unsere Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass dies zur Zeit wegen der Straßen Bauarbeiten erst wieder am späten Nachmittag verfügbar sei! "Pratique pour visiter la vallée d’Orosi. Piscine agreable , personnel très gentil. Possibilité de se faire livrer le repas du soir (pas de restaurant sur place) En revanche en bord de route donc pour les amateurs de calme, c’est à prendre en considération. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais le traffic reprend vers 4h du matin environ ( nous y sommes allés hors saison ). Fermé par un grand portail marron ( sonner en arrivant)"
