"The bed was a disaster, with blood-drop stains, Asked for a feather-free room, but feathers were everywhere. Asked for kitchen supplies (plates, cups, etc..) nothing happened. Took three hours to remake the bed, 3.5 hours to get kitchen supplies. Asked multiple times via calls to the front desk/housekeeping. Finally had to talk to the manager, who did right by us. "Staff was helpful, but the room was so cold at night due to air-conditioning, which was fine but not any heavy comforters or blankets. I had to call down to the front desk to get more blankets and they sent up a few thin ones, but my opinion is that should have been a second layer and should have had a heavier comforter on the bed. The security officer brought it up to us, which was helpful. The property was clean and they cleaned the room daily and delivered fresh towels, which was great."

"The Expedia Premium status reservation came with (2) free buffets and a $55 beverage credit. This saved us well over $300, and the room was only $400 per night. Our only gripe is the Encore and Wynn seemed a little more smokey than other properties. Overall great stay though!"
