"I did not care for the check in process as you do it on your own. Then, once you’re checked in you wait another 15-30 minutes for a room to be assigned and directions on how to get your key card. Then you go and create your key card yourself. I would much rather someone check me in and I get the room assigned and key card at the same time. The stay itself was fine. The room was ok. The hotel was pretty decent overall. We didn’t get housekeeping one day and had to call and request service, but they were there in about 30 minutes. It was my second time staying there (check in was not like that last time). I would t mind staying there again, but will likely try somewhere different next time. "
