"Breakfast was good, room was clean and well allocated. Staff was a mixed bag. Many good and friendly staff, but check in and check out felt very automated and without the human aspect, honestly for that level of interaction and monotone service i would rather have seen autmoted checkin machines like other properties. Restaurant service staff was 50/50, breakfast joint was great, and efficient, bar and grill was abysmal, bartender made an awful old fashioned, was unfamiliar with the menu, and i ate the entire meal before being offerend napkins or any cutlery. No ketchup or condiments brought, and meal was with fries. I waited so long to get service (sitting at the bar, and not busy) that i decided to not get dessert or another drink, failure to capitalize on a guest looking to spend. Figured i would try the italian place the next night. 3 people behind the bar and not one could adequately answer questions about wine, after they talked amongst each other i got a " i think" answer. Once again service lacking. Food was not seasones well, and portions were extremely small for the price (i get its vegas, but at least wow me with flavor). Leaving me feeling pretty subpar about F&B experiences i gave taco spot a try on the last night, night and day difference. Bartender Han was awesome, personable and could adequately talk both food and alcohol. Also a plus was the gentelman in the ammenities shop, very personable and great service. All in all small tweaks, to improve."
