"Some of the front desk staff are rude and not customer friendly which is rare to find in Carmel. We’ll give it one more chance. We like where the property is located but the hotel management should have a better costumer service traing program."

"It’s difficult to say anything negative about Drury because of the fantastic amenities there. Breakfast, dinner and drinks during the kickback hour is a great perk for sure. The hot tub, unique indoor outdoor pool and spacious lounge area is great. Unfortunately the AC went out on our floor and we had to move to a new room. We were compensated but still a hassle and the new room the cooling was marginal. Drury is also used by families & kids teams (baseball, dance, cheer, soccer etc) often...

"AWFUL the photos on Expedia are extremely misleading. The mattress, sheets, covers, and pillows were all stained. When I asked the front desk if there were clean ones I could use they said it was not possible because they are all stained. Front desk staff was watching videos annoyed to assist check in. The ceiling was cracked and pieces kept falling off. Microwave was disgusting and dresser had a bug in it."

"I didn’t like the fact that I was up all hours of the night due to the guests next door opening and shutting the door until 2:30am. I had to wake up at 5:30am that morning to go somewhere with my husband. Not a happy camper."
