"Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. Everything felt overpriced, and even basic things seemed to come with extra charges. Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it."

"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "The air conditioning was malfunctioning the whole weekend. Our room was 28.5 degrees. The entire hotel was hot, including the restaurant, spa, and pool area. The bathroom was moldy and smelled rancid. The hotel should have provided vouchers for us to switch to a nearby hotel instead. It was not a nice weekend at all."
