"Went to a travel ball tournament, had to stay a night check in was a breeze, everything clean smelling good. Room was top notch. Thank you guys again for the hospitality."

"Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Auf dem Hocker vom Sessel war ein grosser Fleck und die Tapete an einer Wand war stark beschädigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad war sauber. Im Zimmer gab es einen großen Kühlschrank. Wir empfanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Casino ist Recht groß und hat viel zu bieten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Worst hotel I have stayed at in some time. First room we checked into was completely invaded by little moths. Second room we checked into also had them but not as bad as the first. Everytime we would leave the room and come back, there were more. Housekeeping came at 7:30am, 8:30am and 9:30 am and woke us up when check out wasn’t until 11. AC didn’t cool properly. We won’t be back. "

"Staff checked us in quickly, room doesn’t have microwave or mini fridge so plan accordingly. Clean room and beautiful sunrise over the river viewed from our river view window."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was great. Although hotel rooms did not have AC from check-in to 11:30 at night in 105 degree heat, which was miserable. Since AC was out in all rooms, we were unable to be moved to a different room. "

"The gym was closed. The chairs in the beach are rentable not free."

"Clean room clean bathroom spacious. Furniture and tv need updating. Better lighting would be a great addition. The hotel itself is nice. The room was very clean and had no musty smell. AC worked great. "

"We were supposed to stay 3 nights but we ended up only staying one. When we got to our room it was so dirty. The floor and carpet were dirty the mirror was dirty and the chairs that were in the room were dirty with something sticky. When reported to the staff it seemed like they didn’t care and didn’t even try to fix the situation so we ended up checking out early and getting an Airbnb instead. "

"Elevators were broke down again this year. Only have 4 out of 8 open. "
