"I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called the front desk but there was no answer. When we met in the lobby to check out, we were told there was a power outage and that the heater takes time to get going. I understand things happen, but the 2nd most important purpose of a hotel stay is getting a decent shower before you leave and that didn't happen. "

"The pictures look nicer than the actual room. The bed was comfortable enough. There were problems with the electricity not always working for the lights. The wifi was intermittent. I didn't even realize there was breakfast. There was cold cereal, hot cereal packets, packaged boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and muffins."

"The Inn at Mountainview is more than adequate for what it is. The staff is very friendly and it is a great place to stay with pets. The rooms are large and there is a lovely outdoor area for pets. The hotel elevator and stairs are both good options. The rooms are very basic but sufficient and clean. The room lighting isn't great even with the 3 lamps on but that's manageable. There is a useful refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker in the the room. The coffee at breakfast is very good and the breakfast items included hot items like eggs and cold items, cereal and yogurt, and breads and pastries and fresh fruit. Just fine. The location is excellent and the parking is conveniently right outside."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming, pool was clean, warm and comfortable. Room was clean,beds were comfy my children and myself slept well. Pancakes were delicious, didn’t care for the eggs as they were omelets and not scrambled but other than that. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Excellent value here for a basic two night hotel stay."
