"The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected. The rest of our stay was pleasant, and the reception staff on the second day were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile.
Unfortunately, our first impression was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:30 p.m., and the receptionist ( I didn’t pick up his name) on duty was not welcoming at all. There was no greeting, no smile, and when we asked a few questions, the interaction felt cold and dismissive. After a long day of traveling, a warm welcome makes a big difference, and this was something we did not experience.
I have stayed at many hotels in Mont-Tremblant, and this is the first time I’ve had such an unfriendly check-in experience. While I appreciated the room and the kindness of the staff the following day, the poor first impression was enough that I would choose a different hotel for my next visit."
