"The room was clean and very well keep. The staff were all very kind and always willing to facilitate you even with a language barrier. The breakfast has a great selection of Brazilian dishes. My only set back was the bar didn’t have much local beers I expected to find but the cocktails were great "

"Perfect location. Wayyyyy overpriced for Carnivale, but it is, what it is. The sheets were clean, and the pool area has a good vibe. It’s usually a very cheap hotel, and for its usual $50 per night charge, you would accept it. However, for the $600 during carnival however, it’s a hard pill to swallow. "

"Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom."

"Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "

"The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, but the apartments were in very bad shape. I had to change apartments 6 times during my 10 days here. 801 the air didn’t work 802 water leakage 703 no hot water 310 the bathroom door didn’t close and no hot water 711 water leakage and air didn’t work 705 everything was working. I hope management can take care of the property because the hotel is located in a grate place and the staff is friendly. "
