Good staff. Warm welcome. Old by-passed hotel typical of Spain. Just managing. Low room rate manages your expectations. Food was good. Warm atmosphere of locals. Only negative was the locked fire exit to the main bar. A push bar MUST be fitted.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Picos de Europa, in a town where there was plenty of placed to eat and a very nice secure underground car park to store our bikes overnight.

Helpful staff, allowed us to check in early. Comfortable bed, clean room, easy parking. Facilities are a bit dated - no A/C or fan and it was quite hot in the room.

It’s a really unusual and unique place with stunning views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has lovely food. We had a lovely suite with a large window seat. The drive up is quite difficult as we had a larger vehicle. It would be good to advise guests of this in advance and/or provide an option at the bottom of the village lanes for parking. All in all we had a very memorable stay.

Very well appointed throughout.

Staff, room, food was all very good.we enjoyed the outdoor pool as the weather was good. We had a very relaxing stay

Great quality and best value for money.

Really spectacular built hotel and great reception staff. Very helpful staff booking taxi helping with the Internet. Breakfast good both continteal and buffet. Rooms well designed and bathrooms very generous.

Superb!!

We were really pleased by the service and warmth of the staff at this hotel, really accommodating and made our stay all the more pleasant.

Beautiful modern hotel, very quiet and within walking distance to the historic centre, restaurants and bars. Good choice of breakfast.
