"AC sometime made a noise and cover panel was just loosely atrached. Shower head awkward just with a handle after that collapsed down after a touch and would not stay in place. Very annoying as the only way to get the correct water direction was to hold the shower handle."

"This hotel wasn't bad. I didn't give it excellent scores only becuase of minor details. My room was clean but had stains on the floor, the height of the tunnel walls were right at shin level ( may be dangerous to older clientel) and there was no towels located near the pool. Front staff had no bell later at night, but did end up helping as much as possible. The laundry soap was provided from behind the counter by staff. There was a group that went in and demolished the bathroom and there was no security visible in the lobby late. I would have liked to see security or at least 2 Front staff with a Male present for safety at least later. Pool area was nice and otherwise great stay."
