"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Early check in was allowed seamlessly, zero issues. Room was tidied perfectly, and amenities including those in the room & complementary breakfast were great. Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. Definitely didn't make use of the dishwasher, and hardly used the full kitchen setup as a whole however it was a very nice inclusion, very nice shower also. Would definitely stay...

"The hotel is nice right on the river; however, the air conditioning in the lobby and all main open areas was not working and a third of the ceiling tiles in the main lobby were out or stained terribly. We had reserved a 2 queen bed room but when we checked in she said they only had king beds available so we didn't get what we reserved but it was still the same price. "Everything was terrible about our stay there. It was Dirty. It had a kicked in door. It had mold on the ceiling and mold on the shower curtain. It was damp. It had a broken TV. I would not recommend anybody staying at this facility."
