"My stay was for one night only. There is a deadbolt lock in addition to the regular lock on the handle. I closed the deadlock. Later, when I wanted to go out for dinner, I could don't get the deadbolt open. I had opened it earlier with no problem so this was a little strange. I was locked in my hotel room until maintenance came and pulled the screens off the windows so he could reach in and spray the lock with WD-40. The lock was still sticky after that so I only locked it 1/3 of the way. ...

Then not being bale to get through to speak to someone which was taking a long time selecting the automated options without resolution.
