"For the price, this was a clean hotel but customer service was not high on their list of duties. Coffee in the lobby was never put out before 7am, when they cleaned the room on day 3 they didn’t fill the shampoo/conditioner or make the beds, towels were regularly unavailable at the pool, tv remote in one room didn’t work, too the employee over an hour to find a working remote, there was no blow dryer and employee had to take from another room. "Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"
