"Where to start Stuff has a work hour no one works after hours So if you locked out self out of your hotel after work hours you will be stuck outside till the morning Checking is flat at 3 pm you can’t wait in the lobby before your check in time . Cooler or microwave doesn’t works !!!"

"We stayed there while visiting family, so we simply needed a pet friendly hotel, but I feel they could improve breakfast. They had a fridge that held whole milk and packs of butter, but no yogurt as you might find in another hotel. Three of the four cereal dispensers had something inside and all were sugary options. Lastly, the waffle batter had a sour taste when cooked. They don’t need more options, but stock what you do offer and make sure the food isn’t going bad."

The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? "The bedding looked like it wasn't very clean and ended up sleeping on a sheet in blanket of my own. Upon leaving the elevator on the floor of my assigned room, there was a heavy scent of marijuana in the hallways."

"Extended my stay and when I went to front desk to check out and check back in. They never took the deposit back after putting it on my card and I didn’t know. And they told me I would have to give them a new deposit of 100 dollars. Although the mistake was in their end forcing me to check out and leave. Never will stay here again. Times too hard to be makin mistakes like that and not accepting accountability"

"I do not recommend this place. The hotel is in very poor condition. The bedsheets were dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. I would not stay here again."

"I was in town for a funeral and was only there for one night but had to be moved because the AC unit had a loud screeching noise in the first room. I was pleased with the second room until I found out that the lights near the bathroom sink/shower area wouldn’t come on but I was too physically and mentally exhausted to move again (I just wanted to shower and get some rest). "I have been away since the spring and returned to Atlanta recently for my birthday but to my surprise there is new staff that automatically brought me back to the previous issues I have had with the staff here first asked for a deposit I responded that I never payed a deposit before here for a non smoking room was just an insult then an more seasoned employee stepped in and assisted them but that employee wasn’t here this time and shouldn’t have to be present to get proper service this room has...
