The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, and the king size bed was comfortable (and I'm picky). I was happy the parking and the hotel area felt safe. The pool area was nice, though easily overcrowded. My few complaints are that the elevators were both broken (one the whole time, and the other off and on) and the floor/ceilings were really thin. The walls were fine, as I didn't hear anything on my floor, but I could hear EVERY step that my upstairs neighbor took for an entire night (who paces a 300sqft room for a whole night?). I would return, but perhaps ask for top floor.... hoping the elevators work!

Randomly off and on the entire stay plus all night long, It sounded like old pipes rattling in the walls. Everything shook enough that you could feel it in the floor when the rattling started. It was almost comparable to the sound of someone starting up a concrete compactor in the walls and floor above. We also had random clanks all night long that sounded like someone shutting a cupboard door continually
