"Extremely rude restaurant staff .Room dirty
and hairs in bath.Booked two nights left day early.No refund or apology from management. Second time staying.Gone downhill. Reception lady was lovely.Restaurant almost had dislike for english people.Ignored on arrival and bad attitude in general.Went hungry as all closed on bank holiday .AVOID this hotel and especially the restaurant. They say its not part of hotel but in there premises. Shocking attitudes of staff.Needs general upgrade.Beautifull...
