"The room and property itself were nice. Staff was excellent and check in was easy. The kitchen area is small but everything needed was provided. A two burner cook top, a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was fine but it is fitted with a heavy duvet, which made the room too warm for sleeping. And the pillow was too puffy and uncomfortable. Of course, these are personal matters and others might find them to their liking. The air conditioning we were told existed when the room was...

"Great modern apartment hotel which is well placed for a city trip (access via metro or two bridges means it takes 10mins max to the 'old town' of Toulouse). Room wasn't quite ready yet when we arrived (rooms are advertised as available from 3pm) but the lounge area made it a pleasant wait. Would recommend this place for those looking to travel with kids or those would want a little more space and the option to cook (all apartments have a kitchen). "
