"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"The property was amazing. It was so clean and tidy. The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! Apart from that there is a Metro station which is 1.2kms...

"It was such a convenient place to stay. It was absolutely in the middle of everything. We had such a large room with a big sitting area. The property owner was very helpful with all of the details that were given prior to us getting there and was available if we had any questions."

"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "We booked this for our trip to the Olympics and the accommodation was ideal for our requirements. The train and tram stop is only a few 100 metres from the accommodation making it very easy to get into central Paris. Love the view, seeing the Eiffel tower in the distance made the view even better. Our host, Stéphane, is one of the nicest guys I have met, really friendly and goes out of his way to ensure all our needs were met. If we go to Paris again, we will definitely be staying here again. "
