"Hotel location is great and staff very friendly. Few issues encountered but the property is still under part renovation. We were woken up at 8am to the sound of construction above, staff entered our room by mistake at 9am unaware we were sleeping. AC was not working in our room meaning we had to keep the balcony door part open which was fine until the glass bottle bins were emptied early in the morning, the detergent used for the sheets/towels is a strong lemon smell too which was a little overpowering."

"Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Bonotto! I stayed on the fourth floor in a room with stunning lake views. The room was very well appointed, with comfortable twin beds, a nice bathroom with shower and a balcony which was a real highlight, offering beautiful views over the town and lake. Breakfast was a continental spread, plentiful and delicious. What sets this hotel apart is the wonderful staff. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to help – arranging taxis & giving advice on buses to the airport, offering advice on towns to visit around the lake, giving us a plug adapter etc. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Fantastic stay – I’ll definitely be recommending Hotel Bonotto to everyone visiting Lake Garda!"

"A lovely property in the heart of Desenzano. Perfect location for old harbour and all ferries. Breakfast was good and the staff were all helpful and friendly. "

" Very clean apartment, nice lake view, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen had all the necessities , AC worked perfectly , wifi was fast. I had the Terrae Suite and it was cleaned daily. Luca from reception was nice, polite , professional and respectful . There is parking on site. Also, a bus station right in front of the hotel. Taxi to the train station in Desenzano was 12 Euros. Be aware that this is 10 min walking distance from Desenzano . We loved walking to Desenzano every day, but others may find it inconvenient. We caught the bus from San Anelli ( Porto ) station to Sirmione, Peschiera and Verona. I hope to return one day, especially when is warmer, so I can enjoy the beach . Thank you for the hospitality ! "Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! We loved how convenient the location was — right in the heart of the old town and just a short 5-minute walk to the ferry lines. The apartment is also close enough to the train station; the walk from the station to the apartment was very pleasant, taking only about 15 minutes downhill. For our return, we asked Tiziano to arrange a taxi since the walk back was uphill, and that worked out perfectly. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, but if you prefer to cook, the apartment has everything you need — pots, utensils, dishes, a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Upon our arrival, Tiziano was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything about the town, which we really appreciated. We’re now back home but already planning our next vacation at Flowers Apartment — we can’t wait to return!"
