The Queens Hotel
I had a lovely complimentary upgrade to a superior room. Just not superior enough. No nespresso machine just sachets of Nescafé and a gritty kettle. No hairdryer until I had to ask for one. Clayton Hotel Leeds
Staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel and our room were clean, updated and in great condition. The only ding is that our room did not have a smart TV or other viewing options outside of local TV channels.

Fast, efficient and friendly check in service. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful.
