"Rooms need to be updated. Painting needs to be done correctly- very sloppy and was peeling off walls and doors of rooms. Toilets almost sit on the ground. GREAT house keeping. Main quarters of hotel great. Rooms are just tired. Ok staff- not entirely helpful at times. Service is non existent on the beach on rented palapas and pool area. "

" My room was fairly clean, but there were several things that could definitely be improved. The coffee maker needs an upgrade, and there were no tea kettles in the room. Also, there were no slippers provided, which I usually expect as a standard hotel amenity. Lotion was only given on the first day at check-in and never replenished. Another inconvenience was the lack of a “Do Not Disturb” or housekeeping sign for the door. On our last day, housekeeping came very late, and despite requesting coffee and lotion, we didn’t receive them. After the room was serviced, there was no coffee restocked, and we were only given one towel. On the positive side, the adults-only pool area was very nice—clean, relaxing, and with friendly staff. The gym was also quite good. However, the beach area was a bit crowded, and the water didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve stayed at Divi Village before, and the water there was amazing in comparison. Aruba is still one of my favorite places to visit, and I will definitely return—but unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. "

"After staying at this facility over the weekend I would rate it a 6/10. I stayed in one of the suites which was nice and clean. Anyone traveling and staying there would just need to bring an adapter to be able to plug in there electronics for charging. My wifi and tv also either went in and out or just remained completely off (the last night). Luckily i was too tired to care anymore. I requested the VIP transfer from the airport. When i arrived no one was initially there waiting with a sign. Eventually i found someone and had to wait another 15-20 mins for my taxi. My VIP transfer did not seem worth the money since it was a regular SUV that included my driver vaping and eating while i prayed we get there safely. The food at the cabana was delicuous my first day but my last day it was terrible and it took forever to make ams receive. Some of the staff members are very friendly and go out there way to assist while others attempt to do as little as possible and not very helpful at all. "
