"Loved the separate bedroom from main room. Near to full kitchen was great for reheating and not having to go out. Facility is close to multiple restaurants and very close to Frederick Meijer Gardens which was our destination. Initially only planed to stay one night but the facility was so nice we stayed an additional night."

"It was an alright stay at best. The location was good. The staff at the front were very nice, and they did shuttle us from the airport but that was kind of it. The hotel sheets we walked into had blood stains on them, and when we requested them to be changed due to this, they just dropped off new sheets that also had several mystery stains on them. Our friend who stayed in a different room, also experienced sheets like this. Further, the hotel has these little signs that hang from your door...

"The rooms are aging and need some refreshing, but the room and linens were clean. This hotel is following the way of other Hiltons and only putting three pillows per double bed where they used to have four. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not having an included breakfast was disappointing."

"This spot was incredible. The location was awesome. The Meijer was within walking distance and they had anything we needed like food etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed right by the elevators, we did here people out and about(that just happens at hotels) but the quiet hour sign right by our room helped! We slept fine. We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It was huge! The shower was a little noisy but thats nothing compared to other hotels. It was still an excellent stay."
