"Firstly the staff there are fantastic, cant shine enough lihht on them. I was staying a Superior cottage as was a friend in another cottage. They bith needed some work, mould in the showers on the walls, the painters had left paint on tiles toilet set was loose and even when fixed it was still loose.
It had a rainshower head coming straight out of the wall instead of above and water pressure was very poor.
The furnishings in the room were sparse, nowhere for luggage the miror on the wall had a huge space across centre if where the backing was gone. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
The grounds were aged but well kept but the aging deck had loose boards in many palces and made it uneven. I understand the cottages are the oldeat part of the hotel and are really showing thier age."
