Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

The Bandha is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent facilities. However, that being said, I think we were quite unlucky with two issues. Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. This was our first time at the Magani and the outstanding customer service blew us away. We have stayed at higher end hotel with poorer service. The lobby is bright and spacious as are the rooms. So if you come to Bali it’s got to be the Magani simply for the smiles and the level of customer care! Well done and we will be back!

Rama Residence Padma is an amazing hotel for those coming to Bali and wishing to stay in the Legian/Seminyak area. The location is situated a few minutes from the beach, the hotel has a lovely pool and lounge area and great amenities. However, the real USP is the customer service - the staff are helpful and friendly and for a hotel so reasonably priced this really sets it apart from some of its higher priced competitors. They have a nice and big room with good facilities, in front of the beach directly but there is no access from the hotel. It is a public beach but the hotel services were nice.

We stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute. The rooms and facilities were excellent, the morning breakfast was lovely and fresh. The staff were amazing so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. Always smiling, would highly recommend!

Brilliant hotel in a very nice location in Kuta. Quiet but has minimart, laundry’s and restaurants on its doorstep. A 15 mins walk to the main Legian area or a 5 mins taxi. Hotel facilities and the rooms are fantastic and the pool area is amazing.

The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay extra special. Ignore any negative reviews about this hotel, we personally thought it was amazing. Great location. Great pool. Reasonable prices for food and drink. Highly recommended. TOP TIP: Head towards the beach then turn right until you get to a beach front bar called B9B - watch the sunset and enjoy the cheap beer!!

I stayed in Pullman for 3 nights in December. This is a typical 5-start business hotel, very comfortable and with all you need for your stay. Breakfast was good, although food was pricey. Their airport shuttle is an extortion (220k vs 35k on Uber and 85k on a blue taxi).

Great location near the beach and with lots of bars and restaurants close by but the hotel itself just a 2 minute walk away from all the hustle and bustle so the hotel is peaceful and quiet. Situated between Kuta and Seminyak it was a half an hour walk to both places or 10 mins on a bike or in a taxi which were plentiful.
