Its relatively new property. Staff is helpful. RO water refills are available for free in glass bottles. Manager helped us plan the itinerary and he and his front desk staff always remained eager to help us with permits, sight seeing, info on shopping, local cuisine and places to go.

There was an absolute feeling on tranquility upon entering the courtyard then lobby of the Bodhi Tree. As Americans, we had been overwhelmed by the drive on tiny streets, honking, and mountain road from Srinagar…. The oasis of Bodhi tree for the next three days was a balm. The manager and staff were very gracious and the garden was a dream.

The Bodhi Tree hotel is a true gem in Leh! The rooms are clean and very well furnished. The hotel owner, Mr. Norbu, and every single member of the staff is very helpful and courteous. The kitchen staff of Mr. Shaanu, Mr. Kiran and Mr. Sandeep make sure that the food and the food service are top notch. The entire staff takes great care of the hotel guests and they made sure we had a wonderful stay in Leh.

Very friendly staff, excellent hospitality on all aspects and always done with a personal touch, excellent dining options and always made fresh on order. I stayed with my family and we all were super pleased with everything. If there is something that can be improved, that would be the internet connection which kept on dropping intermittently. But that was not that important for us - I would give them 5-stars rating on everything!!
