"Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there."

"The restaurant's food was bland. The fire alarm went off that morning, and no one seemed to care. We were told we could go back in before the fire truck arrived."

"This place was not worth paying extra. Building is falling apart, water damaged and smells like mold in some rooms. Pool was only indoors and super unimpressive. Breakfast was not complimentary so this confused a lot of families.. for half the price I should have just stayed at Red Roof lol. Staff was very warm and friendly though. This just doesn’t give Hilton vibes."
